On going through the Problem what I guess is , Your hosts file altered .. to check wheter it is the case...
Goto Start -> Run
and then type 'cmd' and press enter, command prompt comes up
In the command prompt type ->
pagead2.googlesyndication.com
and press enter, if everything is fine then something like this comes up as shown in the image below

In case like yours some error comes up (if my guess is right
) like as shown in the pic bleow

In such a case go here (this is for windows xp)
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
and there will be a file with name "hosts"
open it with notepad and for any lines like this
127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com
just delete that line and refresh the sites in your browser... everything should be fine
And if you ask how it happened .. may be due to any hacks/patches you have installed on software or may be due to spyware... scan your PC with some antivirus....
