Now a days designing a website has become so simple.. many ready-made templates are available for free. But to modify for one's needs we need an editor. Gone are the days of using Notepad to raw code the web pages. The great tool for designing webpages is definitely Dreamweaver. Initially owned by Macromedia, now owned by Adobe. It is of course the best tool for web designing.
