I always believe Dance is the ultimate expression of Joy. When you are in the most Joyful mood - You will dance - So the Lord Shankara as Shivatandava .. I strongly Feel - "Dance The Soul Liberator". 

Here is a Dance of Small kids - Graduating from Nursery to LKG . One of them is my Daughter .. Watch it.. 

 As you can see some Kids are cutely performing.. some are cutely crying -- some are cutely searching for their Mom. ..  some are cutely  standing... Yes everything is Dance.. The real Dance is the Dance with No form -- the Dance one perform when we feel formless..
