Google Street View: Stroll in beautiful parks across 22 countries
I some times pass time on Google Maps. It's really an excellent way to this big world in the small Laptop(even mobile) screen. Street View provides nearly spherical panoramic (360° horizontal and 290° vertical) views taken by cameras mounted on vehicles.Once obtained, these images are overlaid on Google Maps’ satellite views – the process can take several months. When the specially-equipped cars cannot reach sites to be photographed, tricycles are used. For more details - Google Street View car and trike
Whether you’re planning a trip to a park around the block or around the world, you’ll now find more parks showing up in Google
Street View. Over the past year, the Street View team, equipped with the Street View trike, traveled to 22 different countries to photograph some of
the world’s most beautiful and unique parks. Now one can explore the couple hundred new special collections that have been added to Google Street View gallery.
You can now tour High Line, which sits 30 feet in the air, over the bustling streets of New York City. The park sits on an elevated freight train spur
that spans 1.5 miles and cuts through the western side of Manhattan. Because of Robert Hammond and Joshua David’s efforts, visitors can
experience an innovative park that would have otherwise been a demolished urban structure. Explore the street view of Highline park here -
